October 11th 2024, we had the informal kick-off meeting of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action Industrial Doctoral Network HealthIntelAct (Actionable Performance Intelligence towards Health and Care Systems for People, Planet, and Prosperity). Although the Network will officially launch on January 1, 2025, the consortium of beneficiaries already gathered in Amsterdam at Amsterdam UMC to prepare for a strong start.

– Introduction to HealthIntelAct’s vision, deliverables, and key milestones, including secondments and training plans.
– Discussions on the recruitment of fellows, governance structures, and strategies for 2025.
– Each partner shared their project plans, paving the way for collaboration and actionable intelligence in healthcare.
– Initial plans for co-creation, with focus on the formation of the Impact Advisory Board and Citizen & Patient Advisory Board.
It was an inspiring day of brainstorming and collaboration, setting the stage for impactful work in the years to come. Recruitment is expected to start early 2025.
