HealthIntelAct fellow Luc Saulnier is spending his first PhD secondment (Autumn 2026) at the University of Oxford, where he is working to harmonize approaches for measuring low-value care across British and Danish health data systems. His work focuses on developing comparable indicators and exploring data visualizations that support routine monitoring and evidence-informed de-implementation.
