Hazal Yılmaz is a PhD fellow at HealthIntelAct with a background in health economics, policy analysis, and pharmaceutical market access. She has worked across academia, international organisations, and the private sector, contributing to projects that connect evidence, policy, and practice in healthcare.

She completed her MSc in International Health Policy (Health Economics) at the London School of Economics and Political Science, supported by the UK government’s Chevening Scholarship, and holds BA and MA degrees in Economics from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul.

Her research interests include the accessibility and sustainability of health technologies, health system performance, and evidence-based approaches to health policy.
